HMS Requirement
We have very serious inquiry as 20.000 mt per month for 6 months and extendable , target price : 235 to 240 $ as CIF Suhar Oman, payment at destination port.
Kindly confirm the below procedures to ask them to issue a LOI
1. LOI from end user
2. FCO or SPA directly to sign between buyer and seller
3. Sign the NCNDA for mandates
4. POP sharing with past shipment documents as sanitized
5. Non operative LC draft from buyer to seller bank
6. Seller banks confirm the bank draft
7. Buyer bank issue the non operative lc
8. Stock visit by buyer or buyer representative if necessary
9. seller put 2% PB as operative
10. LC become operative
11. Shipments starts
12. Payable at destination after third party inspection shipping documents
13. auto revolving
14. Commission USD 15 per mt inclusive of price payable by supplier through ncnda n imfpa before putting
