HMS needed

We are looking for HMS scrap with following details, only direct seller allowed, no brokers:

30.000 MT per month (12 months contract) HMS 1&2 (80:20), ISRI 200-206
(200:HMS1; 206:HMS2)

1. Quantity: 30.000 MT per month a twelve (12) months contract
2. Delivery : CIF South Korea or Japan Main Ports
3. Shipment : Bulk
4. Price : TBA
5. Payment : By an irrevocable, documentery Letter of Credit. This Letter
of Credit will be opened shipment by shipment and will be payable 100 % at
sight after presentation and the shipping documents. The shipping documents
will include original bill of loading, certificate of (SGS) quality,
certificate of quantity, insurance, etc to Buyer.
6. Shipping : Seller will nominate the ship for Buyers approval.
7. Performance Bond : Seller will issue a 2 % Performance Bond in the form
of a stand by Letter of Credit from q bank acceptable to the Buyer.
Procedure:
1) Seller will issue an offer to the Buyer
2)Seller will issue a contract to the Buyer for review.
3) Buyer and Seller will sign the contract.
4) Seller will issue Proof of Product
5) Seller will issue a 2 % non-operative Performance Bond in favor of the Buyer.
6) Buyer will issue to Seller an active, Irrevocable documentary Letter of
Credit to activate Seller"s Performance Bond.
