 WORKING PROCEDURE:
1. Seller issue SCO
2. Buyer Issue ICPO with full banking details for soft probe.
3. Seller issue Draft contract.
4. Buyer sign and return the draft (if any amendment, buyer will mention in Draft contract)
5. Seller send documents to buyer.
7. Buyer will verify all documents and POP.
8. Buyer establish DLC MT700 in favour of the End Seller/Financier..
9. Seller commences shipments as per final contract. Seller performs on their
Expense the SGS inspection at loading port.
10. Buyer performs on their expense the SGS at at discharge port
11. Payment at discharge port
