Price of HMS 1&2 is $245 CIF,  Russia Origin, Non Transferable LC/DLC at destination port,  2% PB. Qty can be up to 100.000MT per month X 12 months. 

- LOI direct buyer Siret Number VAT Number (Inscribed of the Letter of intent). Required document to start the transaction.

The final buyer makes these requirements known in a commercial purchase request document (ICPO) in order to receive the offer relating to his request directly from the supplier.
