Cold Drawing Tubes for Hydraulic Telescopic Cyclinders:

Main Materials:

Seamless St52 E 355 SR or St 52 BK S

Mono action telescopic for trucks  inner surface is ready for to use and the ID tolerence is 0,00 + 0,20 mm

Outer diameter comes with 2 mm remove stock for machining, grinding and chrome planting purposes.

Short lenght telescopic tubes, for agricultural machinery and other  uses are also available.

 Inner surfaces of these tubes are ready to use and outer diameter comes with 1 mm remove stock for machining, grinding and chrome planting purposes.

Double action telescopic cyclinders , for garbage trucks and other purposes, are also avaliable, Inner surfaces of these tubes are honed or burnished to have Ra 0,4-0,8 micron roughness. Outer surfaces have 2mm remove sotck for machining, grinding and chrome planting purposes.

READY FOR HONING TUBES

After cold drawing the tubes are subjected to stress relief heat treatment.

We offer 2 types of production 

*Ready for honing tubes: ID tolerence -0,2 mm -0,3 mm 

*Ready for burnishing tubes: ID tolerance: -0,6 mm - 0,9mm

The tubes are cold drawn, heat treated and straightened.(1/1000)

50 mm to 400 mm

Standart Lenght: 6m - 9m
