Inquiry for HMS 1&2

We are interested in HMS 1&2 scrap.
We are a small but reputable trading firm based in Europe, working for a global client base and would like to discuss the possibility of buying up to 300,000 tons bulk ideally on CIF basis. Generally we initiate deals by either inspecting the cargo ourselves or preferably by receiving a POP issued by an independent contractor such as SGS or similar – confirming that total contemplated quantity is actually available.
Preferred schedule would be to organize a trail shipment in the range of 10,000 tons and then step it up to regular shipments.
