We are in need of Copper cathodes as follow:

COMMODITY: not electronic LME

CATHODICS, Degree "A" copper

FIRST TEST DELIVERY: 500 MT.

SUBSEQUENT DELIVERY: 3,000 - 5,000 MT per month.

TIME DELIVERY TIME: to be determined.

TARGET PRICE LME -20%.

TERM OF CONTRACT: supply for 2-3 years.

TYPE OF CONTRACT (INCOTERMS): EXW Steinweg or Bollore in: Dar es salaam Tanzania, Durban South africa or Walvis bay Namibia.

FACILITY OF STORAGE OF BONDAS: to be determined.

INSTRUCTIONAL AGENCY: SGS / Alex steward / BV (Bureau Veritas).

PAYMENT: Safe maintenance receipt (skr) in steinweg or bollore in: dar es salaam tanzania, durban south africa or walvis bay namibia.

1. NOTES: All expenses up to the delivery and deposit of the goods in the bonded warehouse STEINWEG OR BOLLORE dar es salaam, tanzania are at the seller's expense, including taxes, fees, export license, freight, insurance, SGS / ALEX STEWARD, etc. etc.

5. PACKAGING / WEIGHT:

5.1. The goods must be packed in such a way as to ensure their safety during transport.

5.2. The seller will send the goods sheet 125 kg., On pallets, net weight 2 MT in 20-foot containers. Each 20 "ft container will be charged 23-24 MT net approx.
