Supplying iron ore, FOB, CIF terms

I am offering iron ore from Mexico.
Terms of delivery: CIF or FOB (Due to high transport prices, suppliers are preferring to establish the FOB price , as many buyers have their own ship or already leave the port with the cargo on their own. Unless required, in practice my suppliers work with FOB.
Proposed payment method compatible with DLC, not LC. Prices on average are quoted at 5% less than the LME value. 3% commission for purchase with my inclusion in the division.
A banked ICPO from the importer or final buyer is required. It could be a BCL, to receive a SPA.
