PROCEDURES:
1. Seller sends the soft/full corporate offer (SCO/FCO) And buyer counter sign and
returns to Seller.
2. Buyer sends ICPO.
3. Seller sends Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
4. Buyer sends signed Sales and purchase agreement.
5. Seller sends Proof of Product with name of the buyer and showing current date or
store keeping receipt from seller’s warehouse in Dar Es Salaam.
6. Seller issues Proforma invoice of the total value to the buyer. Buyer’s bank issues
SBLC to the seller's bank.
7. Seller shall commence shipment.
8. Seller’s bank sends a full set of shipping documents to the buyer's bank.
9. Buyer’s bank transfers the full value of the invoice to the seller's bank via MT103/TT.
