Iron pipes HMS for sale, 20 000 MT available, FOB

We are offering 20 000 tons of iron pipe scrap in HMS 1 & 2, sourced from recently renewed public infrastructure.
Type : Heavy Melting Steel
Origin : Public infrastructure renovation projects
Quality : High-grade scrap, carefully sorted and ready for shipment
Target Price : 350$ / tons FOB

Followings are Non changeable / Non negotiable Procedures :

1. Buyer sends ICPO, CIS with Bank details from where the Financial Instruments will be issued, Trade license and passport copy.
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO along with BCL.
4. Seller issues Draft SPA with Seller's Passport copy and Company registration documents, Profile etc.
5. Buyer signs and returns Draft SPA (with remarks for modification if any).
6. Seller issues final SPA, Bank Verbiage and NCNDA/IMFPA.
7. Buyer signs, seal final SPA and fill up all details in NCNDA/IMFPA. All intermediaries fill up, attach Passport copy, sign seal NCNDA/IMFPA and return to the Seller.
8. Seller raises Proforma Invoice.
9. Buyer signs and returns Proforma Invoice
10. Buyer sends Draft Copy of  DLCMT700.
11. Seller confirms or ask for modification if any for Draft DLC.
12. Buyer activates financial instruments.
13. Seller issues 2% PB within 5 -7 working days on receipt of activated Financial Instruments.
14. Seller issues PoP (Video in Buyer's name with date, with news paper proving stock existence).
15. Buyer or their representatives are allowed to have a loading inspection at the loading port at their own cost.
16. On confirmation of all  above, Shipment documentation starts.
17. IMPORTANT : Past history, BL, SGS will not be provided.
