Iron sand Fe 60% on CIF

I have access to iron sand in Indonesia from a contract which has just fallen over Fe 60%. CIF to Vietnam Hai Phong port is USD $82 (offshore ready to load onto buyer's barges). Ready for immediate supply.

Please advise if this is acceptable.
