Our main demands on terms of contract are:
A. Counter guarantee by both party to make them to obey the contract
B. Payment by bank instrument against document and inspection at destination
C. Legalization of contract by chamber of commerce.

Procedures if you accept:
1. Soft offer with full terms by seller
2. ICPO with agreed terms by buyer(I will send mine on behalf of my buyer)
3. FCO with agreed terms by seller
4. Partial POP against our order issued by SGS at yard of seller including quantity and quality
5. issuing ,agreement and signing the contract
6. Certification of ICPO and FCO by chamber of commerce
7. BCL against full POP through bank system
8. Payment through 100% RDLC at sight against documents and inspection at destination port
9. PBG by seller:3% of RDLC value
10. Any advance payment only against Bank guarantee
11. Inspection by SGS or IGI at Iran ports

2-60000mt/month railway scrap,Destinations : Bandarabbas port (very urgent)
3-2000mt/month battery scrap ,Destination : Bandarabbas port(urgent)
4-1500mt aluminum scrap hard and soft kind Destination : Bandarabbas port

A- Battery scrap should has the bellow specs.:
1- Product: battery scrap (preferable battery plates if you can manage for it)
2- Kind of battery: 40 to 150 ampere
3- Batteries should be dried , without any acid and max 2% of total weight
4- Batteries and commodity should be clean, without dust and soil and sand.
5- Battery box: PP boxes (No ebonite boxes and no metallic covers)
6- Packing: palletized and wrapped in nylon
7- Quantity: 2000MT/MONTH
8- Duration of delivery: 6 months
9- Partial shipment: 200mt/weed
10- First shipment: 100mt after one week from L/C opening
11- Destination and unloading port: Bandar abbas port /Iran
12- Payment:100% by revolving and divisible L/C at sight for 200mt revolving for 5000mt.
13- PBG:5% by seller revolving for 5000mt
14- Inspection : Quality and Quantity inspection by IGI from Iran at loading port
15- Delivery terms: CIF Bandar abbas port /Iran
