LOI for used rails R50 R65 40,000MT a month CIF

I have two LOI for Used Rail R50 R65, of quantity 40,000 MT per month and 100,000 MT per week, same buyer.

Buyer plans to start with 40,000MT per month deal.

Their expected Net Price is USD 245 and gross Price as USD 250 CIF (USD 5 as commission for buyer agents)

Expected payment term is 100% DLC at sight against shipping documents. 2% PB by seller.

Buyer should be allowed to visit the stock yard after contract is signed at their cost.
