Looking for 2,000 mt/m of Copper cathodes

I'm looking for 2000 mt copper cathodes per month for 12 months in total. The buyer company requests to do the payment at the arrival port (Turkey, Istanbul) after the coppers checked by the analyzers. They also want to sign a contract to pay the expenses and also a penalty in case of returning the coppers back to the senders company. Please inform if you are interested.
