Looking for aluminum A7 ingots, CIF China

I am looking for aluminum A7 ingots, A7/P1020A, Al ≥99,7%.
Delivery term: CIF ASWP China.
Payment: DLC MT700 irrevocable & non-transferable with 9000mt trial and 25,000 mt annual monthly.
Payment terms are NON TRANSFERABLE DLC MT700 + TT/MT103 final settlement.
Our proposed payment structure is based on **DLC MT700 and TT/MT103 at the destination port**, subject to mutual agreement and the terms to be clearly stipulated in the SPA. We would like to confirm whether your company can accommodate this payment arrangement.
Please send the following four documents for preliminary due diligence:
1. Proof of ownership of the goods.
2. Export license.
3. Product test report.
4. Production license.
Please confirm whether these documents can be provided for review in accordance with the agreed transaction procedure.
