Looking for copper wire scrap, 100 tons required to UAE

We are looking for copper wire scrap. Our initial purchase would be 20 tons and gradually increase to 100 tons.
Payment terms: through Bank Guarantee (BG) or Letter of Credit (LC). The BG or LC will be released only after the material is received at the destination port and verified for quality and quantity as per the agreed specifications (including third-party inspection.
This structure ensures mutual security and transparency for both parties and allows us to move forward confidently on larger volumes on a long-term basis.
Kindly confirm if the above payment structure is acceptable to you. Once agreed, we can immediately share our required quantity, destination port details, and proceed with contract finalization.
