Looking for Copper wire scrap 99.99%, 5,000t mo, in 20-40"container

We are looking for MillBerry Wires Scrap and please see below all information related to our enquiry as well as the method of payment and how can we conclude the transaction.

Mill berry Copper Wire Scrap (Diameter 1.6mm and above).  No greasy, oily or burnt wire. No vinyl inserted wire, No hair wire, No connector or transformer wire.

SPECIFICATIONS:  99.99% Purity
QUANTITY:  60,000 Tonnes annually
Mill Berry size: 1.6mm and above (NOTHING BELOW THIS please, or this is no more mill berry)
MONTHLY SHIPPING:  5000 MT and above
PACKING: loose bags, or Bulk pack in coils
SHIPPING TERMS:  As per our request in 20 / 40 ft containers at time of dispatch.
DESTINATION PORTS:  India, Mumbai 
PAYMENT TERMS:  Against Irrevocable, divisible Letter of Credit payable at sight, with part shipment allowed
CONTRACT PERIOD:  6months – 1 year
TARGET PRICE: 30% - 33% Below the LME

So basically we are ONLY looking for mill berry wire scrap and surely you know the mill berry diameter ONLY starts from 1.6mm.
We are looking for big quantity and we have the financial capability. The only one matter, me and my partner can only work with suppliers giving this specific enquiry with irrevocable LC.

To make you feel comfortable as below the details so “seller” feel comfortable with the deal:
1. Buyer will open an irrevocable, REVOLVING, divisible usance LC for XXX USD, 90 days payment, within ten days of signing the contract.
2. When the shipment is ready for loading seller shall inform the buyer, inspection of the goods will be carried out by an accredited inspection agency appointed by the buyer at his cost.
3. The goods shall then be dispatched to the port and against the Bill of Lading TT will be transferred to the account of seller.
4. The LC SHALL BE AS A GUARANTEE, to the seller so that he can make goods ready for shipment.

In this case the LC will be 100% guarantee for seller, and seller does NOT have to use it, we can pay TT as soon as we do the inspection.
So the LC will be revolving. We are using very known Malaysian Bank and we have our draft LC so we make sure the seller bank is accepting the same bank.
Every time we open LC, the bank will charge us 4.5% so it is better to keep it revolving.
