Looking for supplies of HMS 1&2

A close associate company is procuring large-volume orders of HMS 1&2 for Chinese smelters. They are currently searching for more supply. Product has to have AQSIQ certification, with first time orders of up to 30,000 MT, CIF Qingdao (please let us know if you can only do FOB your port.) Payment terms are: non-transferable L/C (MT703) payable 100% (50% at loading and remaining 50% at unloading, or 100% at loading if visit to yard allowed prior to LC). There is some flexibility, depending on yard visit, etc..

     With the offer, could you please give me some information as to how close you are to the supply? Is this your yard, your material? Are you an agent for the seller? Are pictures possible?
