Looking to buy Prime bank instruments

My group represents a capable buyer, looking to buy Prime bank instruments with large face values.
If you are a provider or represent a provider, able and willing to issue bank instruments, please make your offer with detailed procedure.
If we can come to an agreement on terms/price, we'll be glad to sign a DOA with you.
**We are looking to lease commercial Letter of Credit (DLC) for 3 years or 1 year with prolongation. Lease of LC means that LC will not be negotiated (paid) by the issuing bank. Beneficiary will sign a Disclaimer, with the effect that beneficiary will not present LC for payment.
Total combined face value of LCs - 150M Euros, face value of each individual Letter of Credit ranges from 1.5M to 10M.
