Used clean steel rails, free of slag, dross, scum, garbage, wood, plastics, oily parts, grease, alloys, prohibited items, machine parts and machine usable parts, cast iron, motor shavings, engine blocks, war and explosion or armor-plated materials, Slurry or waste and maximum harmless impurities are less than 1°A.
The rails shall be free of harmful impurities and completely free of any type of explosives, including but not limited to bombs, weapons, ammunition, torpedoes, landmines, shells, bullets, gas cylinders, explosives, etc.
The rails shall also be completely free from radioactive pollution, and the content of toxic materials in the railway shall not exceed the level set by international standards. The iron and steel scrap cargo shall be ecologically pure, completely free of explosives and does not exceed the radiations level set by existing standards, so as to deal with the scrap remelting.
