Loooking for copper slag of HD+ grade

We are looking for a supplier of copper slag, 690 Mt required.
Size: 0.5-2.5 mm
Grade: HD+
Cleanliness level: Sa 2 1/2 /SP 10
Surface profile, average: MICRON= 100
Dense: Density of 3.5 which results in higher impact energy per particle (then with abrasives of lower density e.g sand, coal slag) thereby lowering the consumption per square meter
Tough: due to content  of iron oxide exhibits high toughness and low particle breakdown on impact. This characteristics combined with the dust free product results in very low dust generation during blasting.
Sharp: Composed of multifaceted   grains with sharp edges which cut into the surface ensuring fast and efficient cleaning and an uniform anchor profile.
Hard: Has an hardness of 7 on the Moh’s scale which ensures fast and easy removal of mill scale, rust and old paint coatings from steel and concrete-on steel upto the highest level of cleanliness (Sa3).

• Grit should be brand new & free from all defects.
• OEM Certificate required along with Supply.
• OEM Authorization Certificate must be attached along with offer.
• Material duly packed in Sea worthy Packing.
• Procurement on CFR Karachi Basis.
• Validity of offer not be less than 60 days otherwise offer will be discarded.
• Minimum delivery period to be quoted. 15 DAYS
• Technical literature & sieve analysis must be attached alongwith offer.
