First delivery in the term of: 45 days after final IRDLC corfirmation by bank of seller or fiduciary company.

Payment term : 100% IRDLC, irrevocable, non-transferable, divisible, confirmed, operative.
Unconditional, assignable, revolving per 13 shipment. The DLC is mt 700 confirmed by tops 25 worlwide banks.
(Trial not PB,12 shipments with 2% of PB) buyer will pay 98% on port of loading after shipping documents presentation and 2% in port of unloading after SGS or CCIC inspection within 5 days.

Shipment inspection: the quantity and quality of goods will be confirmed by
SGS or CCIC on seller cost on port of loading and by buyer on port of unloading.

Inconterm: CIF Tianjin ports, China. Incoterms 2010.

All banking charges from the buyer bank shall be borne by the buyer and all banking charges
incurred by the seller at seller bank shall be borne by the seller.
