Weartech has five induction melting furnaces that produce cobalt and nickel based alloy mastermelts. Using only quality assured raw materials and metallurgically tested melting practices, Weartech. s ingots are made4 to ensure good flow characteristics and sound castings.
Each heat of master alloy is certified for its chemical composition and other special requirements. Ingots are supplied in weights of 15 (7 kg) and 25 (11 kg) pounds.
