Below are the updated terms and conditions to proceed with the Government Mine at Congo:

1. Trial Order is Mandatory and payment terms for trial order is operative, transferrable, SBLC/DLC, validity for 90 days,100% payable at loading sight against shipping documents for MOQ of 500 Metric Ton (OR) Operative, Non-Transferrable DLC, validity for 90 days, payable at sight against shipping documents if MOQ is 1000 Metric Ton . No performance bond for trial order from seller side. But seller will provide letter of undertaking for pay back of the SBLC/DLC charges to your bank, if the site visit is failure in the sense, if goods does not meet the specification as already provided to you or if any non-performance is happened from the seller side during the trial order.

2. After signing the SPA by opening the SBLC/DLC as stated above, you are allowed for the site inspection at Congo. Once the site visit is successful, then as per the annual contract, you need to open Operative, Non-Transferrable DLC validity for 1 year + 1 day, 100% payable at destination port after inspection with 2% Performance bond is applicable from Seller side. Also, seller will provide the Flight Charges (Economic Class) along with the Hotel Stay.

If the buyer unwilling to open the SBLC /DLC at the time of signing the SPA, then they need to deposit USD 15k for sight inspection or USD 3,000 to get POP(Proof of Products like Photos and Videos)  with your Company name and date and this will be deducted in the invoice once the visit is successful.

As we are dealing with the Government mine, SPA will be as per International norms and there will not any compromise with quality or quantity.

The cost of Millberry Copper Scrap per Metric ton is USD 4,600 which includes all charges till it reaches CIF port with SGS (Third Party Inspection Certificate)
