5.- Quantity of the contract: 5,000 MT as per Seller’s capacity

6.- Trial delivery: 500 - 2,000 MT

7.- Packaging: container

8.- Delivery term: EXW

9.- Price: LME-25%

10.- Date of execution: as soon as possible

11.- Certification: SGS / Alex Stewart / Robinson

12.- Payment terms: 100% DLC or 100% TT after inspection report, against shipping documents

13.- Commission: 2% from End-Seller
