Need Used Rails R50 and R65

Commodity (ISRI code): Used Rails (R50-R65)

Quantity per month (MT): between 50,000 MT to 200,000 M/T or more.

Contract Duration (months): 180

Origin: Preferably of European Origin, It is up to Sellers discretion and availability.

Inspection: Third Party Inspection at seller’s expense (buyer’s expense if required at unload port)

Unload port: Any Safe World Ports, ports will be clarified in further detail with the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

Shipping Method: There will be two separate destination ports for this shipment, which will be outlined in further within the Sales and Purchase Agreement. The packaging required would be up to the discretion of the supplier but should allow partial-shipments with accordance and agreement directly by all parties within the deal. The Sales and Purchase Agreement will include shipping clause and schedule that will outline all of the details, to clarify for both parties.

Payment and Procedure: The buyer in any case opens a guarantee Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC). The LC will be issued for the100% of the shipment value, and the seller can issue a 2% Performance bond of the monthly delivery.

Additional Requirements: The commodity must be free from dirt or any other foreign material of any kinds. Shipment should be held to the standard stated by the ISRI, and with accordance to the agreement reached contractually by Importer/Importing Agent and the supplier.

Require photographs and videos of materials with date.
