Product Introduction Nickel beryllium series alloy is a kind of Ni- bearing dispersion- strengthened alloy with high strength, low hysteresis and high elastic. It is paid more attention because of its high ultimate strength (especially for its processing characteristics) , fatigue durability, anti- high temperature soften, anti- strain attenuation and corrosion resistance characteristics. Deformation nickel- beryllium alloy has pretty good elasticity under the high temperature and is mainly used for manufacturing mechanical component, electric appliance and electric component, such as thermostat switch, corrugated tube, vibration diaphragm, overheat connector and faucet, sleeve, etc. Nickel- beryllium alloy has good plasticity after solution heat treatment and is easy to be milled and processed all kinds of complex- shape components. After ageing treatment, it can get higher mechanical and elastic property than those of Copper- beryllium, 3J1 or 3J58 precise alloy. At the same time, It has good electrical conductivity, welding, corrosion resistance, fatigue durability. Up to 370?C high temperature, it also has better elasticity and electrical conductivity than beryllium copper and is suited to manufacture diaphragm, high temperature spring and electrical conductive spring under 370?C.
