Pricing is based on the SHFE nickel reference price, actual nickel content and the applicable grade-based pricing coefficient.

Nickel Price Adjustment

When the nickel base price is:

• ≥ RMB 140,000/ton: standard pricing coefficients apply
• ≥ RMB 130,000/ton: coefficient reduced by 0.5%
• ≥ RMB 120,000/ton: coefficient reduced by 1.0%
• ≥ RMB 110,000/ton: coefficient reduced by 1.5%
• ≥ RMB 100,000/ton: coefficient reduced by 2.0%
• < RMB 100,000/ton: coefficient reduced by 3.0%

Any payable value for other valuable metals may be considered separately based on inspection results. Appropriate deductions may apply for impurities or failure to meet agreed specifications.

Commercial Requirements

Suppliers should be prepared to provide:

• Product specifications and recent assay/inspection reports
• Nickel content and full chemical composition
• Moisture and TML (Transportable Moisture Limit) information
• Available quantity and shipment schedule
• Loading port and vessel/loading conditions
• Origin and producer/supplier information
• Indicative CIF price or pricing formula
• Relevant compliance and KYC documentation

The buyer is open to both spot purchases and long-term supply arrangements. Final purchasing quantity and contract terms will be determined following supplier verification, product testing, price agreement and satisfactory logistics arrangements.
