Niobium from Amazon basin

I have the mandate to sell niobium from a mining company in the Amazon basin.
We currently have 98TM of niobium ranging between 57 % and 62 % with the possibility of producing 50TM to 100TM monthly during 36 months. We offer the material at $24.000 per TM.
We are most inclined to start a business relationship.
