SALES AND BANKING PROCEDURES
1) Buyer issues ICPO according to seller’s procedure with their banking details along with
Company Profile.
2) Seller issue:
a. SALES AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT (SPA) OPEN FOR AMENDMENT.
b. NCNDA/ IMFPA FOR ALL PARTIES’ SIGNATORY.
3) Buyer returns to the seller:
A. COUNTERSIGNED (SPA).
B. PASSPORT COPY OF SIGNEE
4) Fresh Q&Q SGS certificate paid by the Buyer to the Factory’s accredited SGS account and Seller Register the contract with the ministry of energy and forward the final approval contract to the buyer.
