Conditions:
The buyer and seller will meet in Mombasa Kenya, see and inspect the consigment with Alex Stewart International or Bureau Veritas.
After inspection the buyer will reimburse all the costs spent by the seller from DRC Congo to Mombasa Kenya.
The seller will provide all the original documents of the consignment to the buyer including 3 originals bill of loading in exchange with a payment equal to 100% of the total value of the consignment (45160 Kgs of Coltan).
