Order for used rails of Russian or Ukrainian origin

Below are our purchase requirements for used rails^

- Quantity : 30,000mt per month x 12 months. - Origin : Russia / Ukraine - Destination port : Qinghoangdao, China - Seller must have AQSIQ Certificate which please confirm and advise AQSIQ number.
  - SPECIFICATION: Used Rails: R50 (51.67KG/Meter, GOST 7174-75), R65 (64.72KG/Meter, GOST 8161-75). Complying the ISRI CODE 200-202   - CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Mn:      0.60% - 1.05%; C:          0.54% - 0.82%; Si:         0.18% - 0.40%; S:          0.04% Max.; P:          0.035% Max.;  As:        0.01% Max of Mass Share; Cr:        Residual. - PURITY: Dust and impurities shall not be more than 0.2% (zero point two percent) of total weight. - All the commodity shall be cut into the length 0.8 meters ( 1 meters max) as required by the buyer. - No fish plates or steel pieces or bolts shall be attached to the commodity. - The commodity shall be clean and straight, No pitting, No heavy rust (Only atmospheric rust shall be allowed on the commodity).   Kindly send me photos and advise CIF price including commission usd10 to my side.
