1.  Name of Commodity and Specifications: Used Rails R50/R65 (HRS101) In compliance with Chinese GB/T 39733-2020, Length not to exceed 0.8- 1.0 meters

2.  Unit:  Metric Ton (MT)

3.  Quantity:  500,000MT and 2,000MT

4.  Unit Price:  USD 300.00MT for 2,000MT and USD 270.00MT for 500,000MT– CIF China Main Port.  During the period of this contract if the market price changes substantially, +(10%) or –(10%) percent,  the transaction price will be increased or decreased accordingly.

13.  Terms of Shipment:  Shipment by bulk carrier.  One (1) shipment of 2,000MT and ten (10)  shipments of 50,000MT each month for ten (10) consecutive months.  Partial shipment and transshipment are not allowed.  More or less 5% of quantity and amount of each shipment is allowed.

14.  Length of Contract:  Twelve (12) months or more (can be adjusted by both party’s agreement).

15.  Commodity Inspection:  Inspection by SGS (Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A.) at loading port at seller’s cost and at destination port by China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC) at buyer’s cost .
