How We Operate

1. Buyer issues Letter of Intent (LOI) with target quantity and payment preference.

2. Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) issued for confirmation.

3. Buyer completes KYC/AML verification and submits Proof of Funds (POF).

4. Both parties execute the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA).

5. Financial instrument (DLC / SBLC / TT) issued and verified.

6. Shipment scheduled with SGS inspection and CIF delivery.
