Operation procedure

1. Seller/ seller representative issues the fco to the buyer.

3. Buyer signs, seals, and sends fco to seller together with buyer icpo with full banking Detail s.

4. Seller/ seller representative issue contract.

5. Buyer review, sign and return contract. At the same time, buyer submits copy of the proposed l/ c text to the seller/ sellers representative for review and approval.

6. Seller review, sign and return contract to buyer.

7. Buyer shall issues swift non- operative irrevocable, confirmed, l/ c 100% at sight within 3 to 5 international banking days.

8. Seller shall issue 2% performance bond (pb) to activate buyers non- operative l/ c.

9. Delivery co mm erce as per contract.
