Brazilian Pig Iron for AciariaMinimum demand 10, 000 MT x 12 months (Contract Deal) PRICE: The price depends of the quantity and Incoterm. INCOTERM: FOB or CIF PAYMENT FORM: Monthly payments via DLC (Letter of Credit) Irrevocable, Divisible. - Payment Instrument shall be issued by Top 50 World Bank. - Payment at sight against presentation of documents for each shipment. - Performance Bond (PB) 2% of letter of credit value. : Silicon (Si) : 1. 50 Max

Carbon (C) : 3. 50 to 4. 50Ingot mass: 99% in weight of the corresponding lots the ingots with 3 the 8 Kg. Visual aspect/ Index of impurities: Free product of sand, strange land, slag or other materials CO mm ERCIAL PROCEDURE: 1) Buyer sends ICPO and profile company. 2) Seller sends FCO/ Draft Contract. 3) Buyer visits Steel Mills in Brazil. 4) Buyer and Seller sign/ seal the Final Contract in Brazil. 5) Buyer sends POF (Proof of Funds) to seller’s bank. 6) Seller sends POP (Proof of Product) to buyer’s bank. 7) Buyer opens the DLC Operative to seller’s bank. 8) Shipments co mm ence as per schedule mutually agreed. PACKING: Loose bulk. INSPECTION: SGS inspection at Seller’s cost at loading port. DELIVERY: At port of loading around 45/ 60 days after receipt of the Payment Instrument from the buyer. INSURANCE: 110% to be covered by the seller. SAMPLES: Won't be provided.
