The spectrometer cananalyze up to 18 elements in less than a minute. Hence effective processcontrol is achieved by production department through continuous productanalysis. Pig iron is heaped in batches according to the Heat Numbers produced. Testcertificates will be issued to every heat produced indicating the grades of pigiron.
