Degasser and filtration through a ceramic foam filter (CFF) , provides a high degree of efficiency in hydrogen degassing and inclusions removal from hot aluminium. Casting Technology Our casting system is the Wagstaff MaxiCast Hot Top Billet Casting System equipped with the Wagstaff AirSlip Air Casting Process, this system will produce the highest quality billets available. The Wagstaff AirSlip Air casting increases billet quality providing an extremely smooth surface, minimum segregation shell thickness, uniform fine grain structure and minimum dendritic spacing. As a result of this, our customers can expect superior extrusions every time; higher extrusion speeds, reduced break- out pressure, longer die life, more consistent as- extruded surfaces, better consistent anodizing response and improvement in mechanical properties. Homogenization Treatment Homogenization process of the billets carried out in a Otto Junker Batch homogenizing furnace. System is using air re- circulating fans , the flow direction is reversed approximately every 30 minutes in order to achieve homogeneous temperature distribution. High performance in the process guarantees a constant metallurgic quality of aluminium billets, with excellent extrudability and uniform final properties. DELIVERY TERMS: Those Products can be delivered on Ex- Works Factory, FOB Antalya, FCA Antalya or C+F basis depending on the quantity and agreeement. They can be delivered by container or in Bulk.
