• Origin / Smelter: Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Smelter (KrAZ) or other facilities

Contractual Options & Commercial Terms

Option 1: Direct Contract with the Trading House (Moscow)
• Buyer Net Discount: LME − 6%
• Trial Shipment: 5,000 MT (minimum requirement for direct contract)
• Monthly Quantity: 10,000 MT to 20,000 MT / month

Delivery Terms
• FOB: Port of Nakhodka
• DAP: Zabaikalsk railway station
• Dispatch Site: Krasnoyarsk (KrAZ Smelter) or other facilities

Payment & Inspection

• Payment Terms: 100% payment upon receipt of official loading/dispatch documents directly from the plant
• Inspection: Buyer’s authorized representative to be present at the plant during loading for the trial shipment

Working Procedure & Requirements

1. Document Submission:
To initiate the procedure and receive the draft contract/specification, the Buyer must provide:
* LOI addressed to the Director
* Bank Statement / Bank Reference Letter
* CIS

2. Draft Contract Review:
Upon verification of the LOI and POF, the official draft contract with full delivery terms will be issued for review.
