Terms and conditions

  1. Buyer submits an ICPO addressed to Voronezh Steel Works with company profile,
registration, and end-buyer identification. Seller does not treat prior visits,
videos, or informal document packs as pre-approval.
  2. Seller issues an amendable draft contract; buyer signs and returns within three
working days. Seller registers the contract in Russia at seller cost and sends
partial proof of product (quality/quantity certificate, registration, export license,
supply commitment, commercial invoice, NCNDA/IMFPA, representative ID).
  3. After partial POP is accepted, buyer opens an operative SBLC or DLC from a top-tier
bank for the monthly invoice value. If LC is not opened within seven working days,
buyer may instead place a 5% MT103 guarantee on the monthly shipment, credited
     against the first invoice.
  4. Seller posts a 2% performance bond to buyer's bank and releases full POP with
shipping documents when loading begins (bill of lading or rail manifest, inspection,
ATPCC where required, and related cargo papers).
  5. Within three to five banking days after arrival, buyer pays by TT/MT103 when
captain documents and destination Q&Q are satisfactory.
  6. The 1,500 MT trial minimum applies to this grade so seller can assess financial credibility.
  7. Intermediary commissions under signed NCNDA/IMFPA are paid within 48 hours of full
     product payment.
