Purchase of Electrolytic Copper Cathodes

We,  as an international trading company in Germany, acting with full corporate responsibility on behalf of our buyer hereby submit our ready, willing and able LOI to buy the product as described below and are the legal signatory with full corporate power to activate a valid purchase.

Our buyer would like to Import Electrolytic Copper Cathodes, such as Insecticide and Acaricide. This letter confirms our Intention to purchase Electrolytic Copper Cathodes as below.

1) Commodity:                          Electrolytic Copper Cathodes 

2) Purity:                                   99.96% - 99.99%            

3) Weight of Each Sheet:          Approx. 125Kgs ± 1%

4) Net Weight of Each pallet:   Approx. 2.2MT ± 1%

5) Quantity:   A test tranche of 100 M/T (ONE HUNDRED METRIC TON) then upon

successful delivery, a quantity from 2,000 M/T to 10,000 M/T (as per agreement/SPA) on monthly basis delivery.

6) Contract Period:                    1 (ONE) year

7) Price:  Minus GROSS 30% (THIRTY PERCENT) / Minus NET 27% (TWENTY-SEVEN

PERCENT) NET of LME and paid in US$

8) Fees to facilitators:   3% (THREE PERCENT) divided equally between Seller and Buyer Consultants and paid by the Buyer upon settling the payment to the Seller.

9) Payment Terms:  Secured via an Irrevocable, Transferable DLC (Documentary Letter of Credit) confirmed at sight (At destination port), whereas final payment will be settled via MT 103 unconditional wire transfer (T/T)

10) Delivery Term: CIF Busan, South Korea or other any secure port
