Purchasing copper cathodes, FOB, CIF Mundra port, India

We wre looking for copper cathodes.
Incoterms: FOB or CIF (Mundra port, India).
Payment terms: If a letter of credit is necessary, we could provide it as collateral...but we usually buy this way: 
- FOB: Container loaded and weighed = container paid. 
- Against Bill of Lading (BL): 100% payment at shipment. 
- CIF: Against inspection at destination: 100% payment upon arrival.
Minimum quantity: Ideally 250 MT per shipment (10 x 20ft containers).
Trial Shipment: We can start with 125 MT per shipment (5 x 20ft containers).
Contracts: Long-term contracts with price review every 3 months, or 3-month contracts with roll-over extensions.
Incoterms Flexibility: Depending on country of origin, we may also work under FCL, but our strong preference is FOB (or CIF if more suitable). In order to properly evaluate your offer, please provide us with: 
- Quantity available. 
- Price per metric ton. 
- Clear and recent photos of the material. 
- Port of origin. 
- Incoterms offered.
