Purchasing copper cathodes to USA, 3000MT

We require a consistent supply of 1000-3000MT copper cathodes per month and would like to establish a long-term business relationship with the supplier. Looking for a fixed price for the copper cathodes, instead of relying on the fluctuating LME price, for at least 6 months. 

Please provide us with a CIF price for the following ports: USA East Coast, USA West Coast, China, UK and India Main Port. Also send the documentation or proof of quality for the material, such as an assay report or certificate of analysis.
