Price Term : Price to be quoted on FOB loading port basis. Payment : Documentary Letter of Credit (“DLC”)
Confirmation if so required shall be by and at the Beneficiary’s cost.
Inspection: CIQ inspection at discharging port as final. The Buyer shall have right to visit the Seller’s production plant prior to signing of the contract;
