Offer Description - Reduced grades of carbonyl iron powders
Reduced grades of CIPs have a purity level of no less than 99. 5%
Reduced grades of CIPs have a purity level of no less than 99. 5% with the content of carbon and nitrogen from 0. 02 to 0. 1% and oxygen level at about 0. 2- 0. 3% . The content of other impurities doesn't exceed 0. 001- 0. 005% that is determined by the use of high quality raw materials and technology of the process. Carbonyl iron powders have low sintering points at about 900- 1000UC that is of critical importance for MIM- technology and conventional powder metallurgy. Carbonyl iron powders don't undergo any changes of crystalline lattice and that guarantees high quality and long exploitation of end products. High purity of reduced grades makes it possible to use them after mixing with Ni- , Cr- and other powders for manufacturing of metal parts which correspond with alloyed steels in terms of chemistry, strength and density.
