Request for Chrome ore

Please advise if you can assist with the below request.
Chrome concentrate 42-44 price buyer is looking at is R1000 FOT (preferably rustenburg area) inclusive of comms exclusive of vat.(negotiable)
Looking at starting with 1000mt a week and ramp it up from there.
The price is on DRY ton basis, i.e. moisture should be deducted.
PRODUCT PRICE:
R1000 ex VAT Per Dry Metric Ton (DMT) (FOT) Price is based on concentrate being 42.50% minimum and lower than 44. 00%.
If the test result is less than 42. 50% a new lowered price will be negotiated by the two parties. Chrome/Ion ratio between 1.30-1.55. Silica between1.2 to 2.5%
Moisture deduction will be based on the moisture content on the Test Report
Payment will be made with immediate effect after the chrome concentrates are loaded on the trucks of the Buyer’s transport contractor, subject to the test results are accepted by the Buyer.
