RFQ Foundry Pig Iron FOB & CIF Istanbul

We are a wholesale distributor of Pig iron based in Turkey and we are currently on a tendering process for a Russian based supplier of Pig iron.
Our required specifications are as follows:
C: 4.0-4.5%, Si: 1.75-2.25% Mn: 0.5-1.20%, S: 0.12%max, P: 0.15% max
We would require as a start 1000 tons, and if the business is successful 2000 to 3000 tons on a monthly basis.
Please advise your best price in USD considering FOB (Russia port) & CIF Istanbul.
