NICKEL SULFIDE BUYING REQUIREMENT – NI ≥ 4%

We are seeking reliable suppliers for the purchase of Nickel Sulfide / Nickel-bearing raw material meeting the following specifications.

1. CHEMICAL COMPOSITION REQUIREMENTS

Nickel (Ni): ≥ 4.0%
Sulfur (S): ≥ 19.0%
Lead (Pb): ≤ 0.2%
Zinc (Zn): ≤ 0.2%
Arsenic (As): ≤ 0.2%
Chromium (Cr): ≤ 0.2%
Fluorine (F): ≤ 0.1%
Chlorine (Cl): ≤ 0.1%
Moisture: < 15%
MgO + Al2O3: < 9%

Other requirements: The material must contain no other harmful substances or mechanical impurities.

1. INDICATIVE PURCHASE PRICING

The indicative purchase price is calculated based on the nickel base price, actual nickel content and applicable pricing coefficient.

For a nickel base price of RMB 140,000/ton or above, the applicable pricing coefficients are:

Nickel content ≥ 20%: Coefficient 0.68
Nickel content ≥ 18%: Coefficient 0.67
Nickel content ≥ 15%: Coefficient 0.66
Nickel content ≥ 13%: Coefficient 0.65
Nickel content ≥ 8%: Coefficient 0.62
Nickel content ≥ 7%: Coefficient 0.60
Nickel content ≥ 6%: Coefficient 0.58
Nickel content ≥ 5%: Coefficient 0.53

1. PRICE CALCULATION

Indicative Purchase Price = Nickel Base Price × Actual Nickel Content × Applicable Pricing Coefficient

The final purchase price will be determined based on the actual nickel assay, confirmed material quality and mutually agreed commercial terms.
