Commercial and payment terms: due to previous disappointments with buyers, we accept payment in the basis below:
1) T/T, 40% down against Pro-Forma Invoice, 20% against copies of Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Quality Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate and Certificate of Origin and loading pictures and remaining 40% when goods arrive destination port. For the first shipment, we offer 3-7 free days demurrage and detention at the destination port and Insurance covered by us.
2) L/C: We accept 30% TT and 70% LC.
10-25% down payment depending on the quantity to confirm your order. Then we mobilizing the goods to loading port, and we handle Local fees and administrative chargers, and we provide a 2% Performance Bond within 3-5 days after confirmation of the order. we will forward full documentation with videos and pictures of the loading process and 75% LC or C.A.D after consignment arrives destination port and SGS or Custom inspection and approval.
This is for the first month shipment. After successful delivery all other shipments will be on the basis of a Non-revocable LC ongoing every month till end of contract. For the first shipment, we offer 3-7 free days demurrage and detention at the destination port and Insurance covered by us.
Transaction procedure
Buyer accepts the above terms and issues a formal Purchase Order on their company Letterhead.
Seller returns to BUYER a letter of acceptance and issues a draft contract open for amendments.
Buyer reviews the contract and proposes necessary amendments to the seller.
Seller accepts amendments and signs a contract. Both parties sign, legalize and seal contracts.
Shipping proceedings commences.
