Copper scrap Millbury Cu99.95 to 99.98% 

QUANTITY: 200/MT Trial order followed by a contract 500/MT x 12 months, with possible R&E. 

DELIVERY TIME: 30-45 days from opening the L/C / Partial shipment allowed or 1 Lot 

PACKING: Bale packing / 40 feet container (only) 

ORIGIN: Dubai Jabal Ali Free Zone Port / Or to Sellers option. 

INSPECTION CERTIFICATE: by (SGS) or equivalent company (In case of payment at Discharge 
Port, Buyer is obliged to use the same SGS or equivalent company as at Loading Port) 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 
For The Trial Order by Irrevocable, Transferable, confirmed L/C at Loading Port after SGS report. 

For Contract as below: 
PAYMENT AT LOADING PORT by Irrevocable, Transferable Revolving, confirmed L/C at 
Loading Port after SGS report. 


PAYMENT AT DISCHARG PORT by Irrevocable, Transferable Revolving, confirmed L/C at Discharge Port payment to be released Five (5) days after inspection & arrival at discharge port. 

PERFORMANCE BOND: Seller will issue Non-Operative 2%PB upfront, and after receiving the 
Buyer’s payment Instrument, Non –Operative PB, will become OPERATIVE.
